Four teenage boys will remain in an OH jail on murder charges in the death of a man struck by a sandbag thrown from an interstate overpass.

According to Toledo newspaper The Blade, the four teens appeared in court Wednesday to enter a denial to the charges of murder and vehicular vandalism. The heavy bag crashed through the windshield of a auto, gravely injuring Byrd, who was on his way from MI to visit friends in Toledo, family members told the Toledo Blade.

The bag crashed through the windshield of a auto where 22-year-old Marquise Byrd was sitting in the passenger seat.

The Warren, Michigan, man was in the front passenger seat of a vehicle traveling south on Interstate 75 in Toledo when a sandbag smashed through the windshield on December 19. The teens now face charges of murder, felony vehicular vandalism and misdemeanor vehicular vandalism.

The teenage boys have not been identified because they are juveniles.

Trump's claim that Jerusalem is the capital of Israel has has enraged Palestinians and much of the Muslim world. The transportation minister ordered officials in his ministry to define this project a top priority mission.

"Detectives determined the falling sandbag was not an accident, but a deliberate act and probable cause to charge the juveniles was established", police said in a statement.

In a distressed 911 call, the driver, who was unharmed, described something suddenly hitting her auto and injuring her friend, Byrd.

The emergency dispatcher asked the frantic driver if she knew what had hit Byrd. She was not injured.

"I don't know what happened".

One of the bags crashed through the window of a auto traveling below, hitting passenger Marquise Byrd on the head. "I was driving underneath a bridge and something just hit my auto... He is not moving", she said. "The main thing we want is for them (the teens) to stay in custody during this process and that we have the highest charge possible". They will remain held at the downtown detention center while their cases are pending. The father of four was riding in the passenger's seat of his friend's truck when the rock crashed through the windshield. He died Friday from blunt-force trauma to the head and neck, the Lucas County Coroner's Office said. They have pleaded not guilty.
