LeBron James reportedly at odds with Cavaliers front office

Those differing issues has been pushed to the point where James has "no relationship" with owner Dan Gilbert or new general manager Koby Altman, who took over the team when Gilbert didn't renew the contract of former GM David Griffin after the 2016-17 season.

With the National Basketball Association trade deadline on Thursday, the Cleveland Cavaliers are under pressure to make a big move, but there may not be anything that can save their season. Work together instead of working individually and things may not be as bad as they appear right now.

But things aren't right in Cleveland at the moment and, while James joining the Warriors is incredibly improbable, it is expected he will opt out of resigning for the Cavaliers.

Gilbert has said before, according to Jason Lloyd of The Athletic, that he would have traded after LeBron left Cleveland the first time had he known he would leave. History tells us Cleveland should be able to play better defense with this core, even if their chemistry looks nearly toxic right now.

The Cavaliers scored just nine points in the fourth quarter, while giving up 24 to the Magic, LeBron James once again had a double-double putting in 25 points and ten rebounds but it wasn't enough as the guys around him continue to struggle.

It turned negative, as 37 investors sold NYCB shares while 97 reduced holdings. 99 funds opened positions while 465 raised stakes. The investor is now holding $198.29 million shares due in part to a decrease of 2.18 million new shares in their portfolio.

This is a decision that will all be determined by what he feels LeBron James will do at the end of the season.

On the assists, though, James can't pass it to himself and shoot it too, at least not without being called for traveling. It's debatable if trade-deadline moves can salvage this season for the three-time reigning East champs. However, the team chose to deal Irving, and the trade that sent him to Boston for Isaiah Thomas, Jae Crowder, Ante Zizic, and the Brooklyn Nets' 2018 pick was never run by James. Judging from how the Cavs handled the Irving situation, their front office might not have such a persuasive communicator.

James also cursed at multiple team executives during a team meeting two weeks ago, according to the report. Brooklyn is among the bottom of the league and that pick will more than likely become a top 10 pick.

The Cavaliers had to trade several young players when Lebron James returned to the Cavs, and some of those players have proven to be solid front of the bench men on other teams.

A grim night for Cleveland also saw coach Tyronn Lue leave courtside midway through the second quarter with an undisclosed illness. "There's no savior for them". They're going to have to get worse to get better, and Walker is the best asset to acquire something for the future. It has been reported that LeBron never wanted the Cavs to trade Irving, but he planned to have knee surgery and sit out the entire 2017-18 season if they did not trade him.
