Microsoft Surface Pro notebook launched in India, price starts at Rs 64999

It packs a powerful 7th-gen Intel Core i5 processor that incorporates with a fanless and whisper-quiet design. Things have not changed in 2018, as the has now launched its 2017's Surface Pro in the country. The company claims that it is "most versatile laptop" it ever made. Battery life is good too, with Microsoft claiming up to 13.5 hours from the 45Wh battery. The Surface Pro, launched universally in May a year ago, will be accessible beginning February 22. The Surface Pro will be available in offline as well as online channels including Amazon, Flipkart, Croma, Reliance, Vijay Sales, and a few other authorized retailers.

Microsoft on Thursday announced the availability of Surface Pro notebook and accessories in India. The device has a hinge with a full 165-degree range of motion, which is called the Studio Mode. The Microsoft's Panos and a team of executives took the wraps off its new ultimate Windows 10 laptop and named it Surface Pro, apart from the new name, it comes with some new additions. "The high-resolution 12.3" PixelSense Display is engineered to work with the new Surface Pen, the fastest digital pen ever, to deliver an incredible inking experience. The higher-end variants of the laptop with Intel Core i7 processor, 8GB RAM+128GB SSD and 16GB RAM+256GB SSD will cost Rs. 1,33,999 and Rs. 1,82,999, respectively. The device runs on a latest Windows Operating System, Windows 10. The core m3 version boasts 4GB RAM and 128GB of ROM with Intel HD graphics support. The base variant comes with the Intel Core M3 chipset and the rest are powered by either i5 or i7 SoCs.
