Lakers show LeBron what they've got in 127-113 win

Sunday night's loss to the Los Angeles Lakers proved perhaps the most disappointing, dropping a game against a team way out of playoff contention.

After dropping 20 points, nine assists and five rebounds off the bench in the Los Angeles Lakers' win over the Cleveland Cavaliers, Thomas insisted he wasn't out for blood against his former team: "I only played 15 games with the Cavs, so it wasn't like it was a revenge game". Randle is a key piece for the Lakers because they can clear up to $70 million in cap space this summer to pursue two max free agents by parting ways with Randle and stretching Luol Deng's contract. With the Golden State Warriors and Houston Rockets tipped as strong co-favourites, James & the Cavs are unlikely to pose a threat to the Western Conference powerhouses.

If this was James' last trip to Los Angeles as a Cleveland Cavalier with a potential NBA-altering free-agency decision to make this summer, the Lakers took the opportunity to leave James with one final impression.

Seeing Walton get praised by James is certainly gratifying coming from one of the top players in the league.

The Lakers' entire season has been created to prove their young core of Lonzo Ball, Brandon Ingram, Kyle Kuzma and probably Randle could fit splendidly around James, Paul George or DeMarcus Cousins - or failing that, the top free agents in the class of 2019.

"We're just connecting at both ends, and we're able to really establish the way that we want to play", Randle said.

Christine Elliott refuses to concede Ontario PC Party leadership to Doug Ford
The race was prompted by former leader Patrick Brown's resignation on January 25 after two women accused him of sexual misconduct. Elliott initially disputed Saturday's results, alleging they stemmed from "serious irregularities" in the vote.

"He yells at me a lot", Kuzma said of Thomas.

But James got an up-close look at Randle, who drew a one-on-one defensive matchup with James while the Lakers made their second-half surge.

Tim Hardaway Jr. scored 25 and Luke Kornet had 18 as the Knicks dropped their seventh straight game and 15th in the last 16.

Brandon Ingram will miss at least the next two games as he continues to rehab from a strained left groin he suffered earlier this month in Miami. "It's no surprise, I've done that before."Thomas averaged 14.7 points and shot a career-low.361 from the field in 15 games with the Cavs. I'm not surprised, but it feels good I guess".

They are only two games away from being the 15th pick which is the first pick after the National Basketball Association lottery.
