Prince Louis Birth Certificate Released and It Features His Dad's Signature

The duke, who is taking a period off following the birth of his son, signed the birth certificate earlier on Tuesday at Kensington Palace.

Private schools, personal security and childcare are just some of the costs William and Kate will pay to raise Prince Louis.

On July 17 1917, the king issued a royal proclamation changing the royals' house and surname from Saxe-Coburg-Gotha to Windsor, and declaring that they would "relinquish and discontinue the use of all German Titles and Dignities".

I only cared about two things in 2011: Lady Gaga's Born This Way album and Prince William and Kate Middleton's wedding. The auto is adorned with balloons and streamers while the license plate reads "JU5T Wednesday".

"The Duke of Cambridge was present for the birth".

Their wedding took place a year after at London's spectacular Westminster Abbey.

Just like with all of Kate's pregnancies, news of the royal bundle joy's arrival was first shared by Kensington Palace with an official statement, which also listed a couple of details such as the boy's weight and time of birth.

Australia to pay for Great Barrier Reef restoration and protection
Annually, the reef has a worth of an estimated $3.7 billion, generated through fishing and tourism. Frydenberg also stressed the importance of the reef to the Australian economy.

"It completes them", royal biographer Ingrid Seward told PEOPLE. Parenting reportedly suits her and Prince William really well.

It will be interesting to see what the future holds for Prince Louis and his siblings.

"Kate's anxious that Charlotte will feel it the hardest as the youngest, but she's such a confident little girl and growing up so fast, Kate is hoping she will adjust", a source confirmed.

"Everyone around here is thrilled for them".

The princess was pictured collecting posies, peering out of the windows of their plane with brother George - but also having a little tantrum on the tarmac.

In a separate tweet, Kensington Palace added: "The Queen, The Duke of Edinburgh, The Prince of Wales, The Duchess of Cornwall, Prince Harry and members of both families have been informed and are delighted with the news".
