Todd Howard revealed that the upcoming game is being developed by Bethesda Game Studios.

Turns out all that testing has eventuated into a game of its own, with these Kotaku leaks suggesting the game will have a stronger online focus. It is not known yet what kind of game Fallout 76 is concretely going to be but Kotaku writer Jason Schreier alluded to sources that it will be an online game. In addition to RAGE 2, Bethesda has essentially announced that the main event of their showcase will revolve around their flagship series, Fallout.
