Cavaliers could beat Warriors at their own (small-ball) game

Defending champion Golden State moved to two wins from a third title in four seasons Sunday with Warriors guard Stephen Curry sinking an NBA Finals record nine 3-pointers in a 122-103 rout of Cleveland. Stephen Curry drained nine treys on his way to 33 points with seven rebounds and eight assists, Kevin Durant bounced back from a rough shooting night in Game 1 to finish with 26 points and seven assists on 10 of 14 shooting while Draymond Green chipped in with five points, eight rebounds and seven assists.

Warriors guard Klay Thompson, playing despite a left ankle injury in the opener, says Golden State has a strong focus knowing the Cavaliers rallied from 2-0 down to beat Boston in the Eastern Conference finals.

"To be on top of that three-point list is pretty special", Curry said. "At the end of the day, if you don't give effort and you don't play hard, you know you're never going to give yourself a chance to win".

Steph Curry set a new National Basketball Association finals record for most successful three-point attempts after landing nine from long-range.

Warriors coach Steve Kerr added: "He was tremendous". LeBron was once "like a mentor" to Curry, but as Steph's game improved, coinciding with the Warriors' rise, he "challenged LeBron's status". I think the only dynasty is the Spurs.

After an overtime opener loss James called one of the worst defeats of his career, the Cavaliers couldn't play Golden State as close, Curry and his teammates thwarting every threat. "It's one of the best teams that's ever been assembled", said James, who is playing in his eighth straight NBA Finals and fourth in a row against Golden State. Love had just chased Stephen Curry all over the court, had even harassed him into losing his dribble as the shot clock ticked down - and then Curry scooped up the loose ball, jumped awkwardly to his right and, nearly 30 feet from the basket, threw up a rainbow that found nothing but twine.

Bethesda reveals Fallout 76
It isn't the first time Bethesda has turned to playing online to mix up their franchises, just look at Elder Scrolls Online . In total, Bethesda's Fallout 76 trailer hit over 15 million views, with two million people tuning in for the 24-hour stream.

"I don't care. I don't care at all", James said. As James came down with the ball, the two Warriors players seemed to stumble over one another, with Curry falling to the ground and undercutting James in the process. "But we know this is just getting started".

The NBA's Kings may be based in Sacramento but the kings of the NBA hail from Golden State.

The swingman's status for Game 3 of the Finals on Wednesday is still unknown, according to sources. The Watch ESPN app is also accessible via a cable or satellite provider login where the NBA Finals can be streamed.

The defensive deficiencies that plagued the Cavs all year were partly to blame, but credit the Warriors with putting Cleveland on its heels from the get-go, and not letting up.

James was wearing a microphone throughout the game and was recorded saying, "I'm going to need some colder water now, they are trying to smoke us out of here", during a team huddle.

With some of those buckets coming in garbage time, Curry appeared to have found a little extra fuel for the fourth quarter.
