Aaron Ramsey reveals Unai Emery's pre-season changes

Ramsey wore the armband for Arsenal in their preseason friendly against Atletico Madrid on Thursday before being taken off 60 minutes into the 1-1 draw, with the Gunners then losing on penalties. The Wales global said on Wednesday that talks are taking place with the club, who want to tie him down to a new long-term deal.

The Gunners and Atletico will stay in Singapore for the rest of July to play one more match.

"It's been two or three weeks since Aaron started training, he's been in top form, working really hard, so we can see it doesn't affect him at all".

Arsenal head coach Unai Emery admits teenager Emile Smith Rowe has caught his eye in recent weeks.
