Demi Lovato ‘Doing Much Better’, Expected To Leave Hospital Soon

Pop star Demi Lovato has agreed to enter a rehab facility immediately after she checks out of hospital soon, it's being reported this morning.

There is no exact release date for the singer at this time, but sources tell the publication that it will be "any day now". Paramedics later arrived and administered Narcan, a drug that counters the affects of opioids. Amid initial reports that she'd allegedly overdosed on heroin, conflicting stories surfaced claiming she'd used methamphetamine, leading to continued speculation that she'd taken multiple drugs.

"Demi is awake and with her family who want to express thanks to everyone for the love, prayers and support", Lovato's rep previously said in a statement to Fox News.

The rehab conversation had been delayed because of Lovato's complications, TMZ reported, but by Thursday "going straight to rehab" appeared to be the next step, according to Us Weekly.

The singer has agreed to go to rehab upon being discharged from hospital. For a long time she led a sober lifestyle, but recently returned to his harmful habit.
