It appears that although the body of the Apple Watch Series 4 has changed slightly in comparison to its predecessors, it will still be compatible with the vast ecosystem of first- and third-party watch bands. Furthermore, Apple is also reportedly considering major redesigns for the MacBook Air and Mac mini. Some rumours say this could be the iPhone SE 2, while some say it will be the successor to the iPhone 8 and hence will be called the iPhone 9.

The 2018 lineup of Apple iPhones will be unveiled on September 12, exactly a year after Apple revealed there 2017 iPhone lineup. Don't be surprised if Apple removes the headphone jack from the new iPads which which offer better battery life and performance. We've also got a look at the new Apple Watch Series 4.

Alongside new iPhones and Apple Watches, Apple is rumored to announce two new iPad Pro models.

Now we've been hearing about three models in total, but these two will probably the main attraction featuring 5.8-inch and a 6.5-inch OLED displays.

Apple's event invitation made heavy use of the colour gold, fueling speculation on social media that the company plans to launch a gold-coloured successor to the iPhone X, which was made available only in silver and grey a year ago. And it certainly looks like a believable Apple image, thanks to the familiar angle of the shot and the stylised image on the screen.

The site said the new flagship model will be called the iPhone XS and that Apple also planned to release a new version of the Apple Watch with a larger display by reducing the edges around it.

Last week, European blogs spotted some regulatory filings which suggested Apple plans to unroll 6 variations of the new watch, and other leaks have indicated that a larger (though not necessarily circular) display is in the works.

The "gather round" tagline most likely refers to Apple's new campus, Apple Park, which features a signature "spaceship" design that's perfectly round.

There's also a hole between the button and the rotating crown on the side of the device, which could mean the microphone has been moved, possibly due to the bigger display. If some other conjectures are to be believed, then the cheapest new iPhone might come in a variety of unconventional colours that'll pop.
