Third body found after boat collision at California-Arizona border

A man and a woman who were among four people killed when two pleasure boats collided on the Colorado River over the weekend have been accounted for, authorities said. He said it was possible that the missing - one male and three females - had made it to the shore.

The head-on collision of two recreational boats on the Colorado River Saturday has left four people missing and 12 others injured.

One person was found in critical condition and flown to a hospital in Las Vegas. The boat in which the two missing people were passengers was submerged by the collision according to a report from the Chicago Tribune.

The bodies of Brian Grabowski, 50, of Tulare, California, and Kirra Drury, 24, of Ventura, California, were pulled from the river Tuesday by divers from the Mohave County Sheriff's Office, officials said.

The recreational boats crashed Saturday in Moabi Regional Park as darkness was falling on a rushing river crowded with holiday weekend boaters, making the rescue operation hard.

The sheriff's department said the boats - one northbound and carrying 10 people and the other southbound and occupied by six people - collided head on.

Earlier this week, Bruce Ohr testified before House Republicans over his ties to the dossier and its author Christopher Steele . Mr Ohr is linked to the dossier of allegations of possible collusion between Mr Trump's campaign and Russian Federation.

The search resumed Sunday, but authorities said the toll of missing had risen.

No one on the boats was wearing a life vest, Schuster said. The accident happened nearly 300 miles east of Los Angeles along part of the river that runs along the border of California and Arizona.

The cause of the accident was under investigation, Schuster said. Water depth in the area is shallow in some area but can be as deep as 30 feet in other areas.

On Saturday night, authorities had to temporarily halt the search because it was too risky to put divers into the dark waters.

Search crews have been tirelessly scouring the river since the crash, with the sheriff's office saying it would continue to patrol "until all the unaccounted for passengers are located".
