Travis Scott Supports Beto O'Rourke At Houston Rally

"With a week to go, Texas U.S. Sen".

Many are watching to see if Cruz can win his first re-election bid or to see if O'Rourke can become the first Texas Democrat to win a statewide race in more than two decades.

The United States Senate race is well underway, and Beto O'Rourke, who has operated as U.S. Representative for Texas's 16th congressional district for five years, is vying for the Texas representative slot in an attempt to unseat Ted Cruz.

Just a week away from the November 6 midterm election, this Quinnipiac University poll shows that Cruz's lead has dropped to 51-46 percent among likely voters in the hottest race in Texas.

Just 3 percent of likely voters contacted by the pollsters remain undecided, reflecting the deeply polarized nature of the electorate and the fact that Cruz is just as appealing to conservatives as O'Rourke is to progressives. He's now down 5 points (51-46) from Sen.

An worldwide team of scientists this week confirmed the Greek trading vessel is, in fact, the world's "oldest intact shipwreck". Adams said that the ship, both oar and sail-powered, would have been primarily used for trading, The Times reported .

"O'Rourke is within striking distance, but time is running out", said Peter A. Brown, assistant director of the poll.

Independent voters prefer the Democrat 56 percent to 40 percent.

Cruz's lead, according to the poll, is built on overwhelming support among men (56-39), whites (67-30) and voters in East and West Texas (68-26 and 72-23). Quinnipiac reported a 3.5 point margin of error.

Travis showed his fellow Texans who he was keen to vote for when he attended an event at the Bayland Community Center in Houston, held in promotion of the politician earlier today, October 28.
