Dan Bongino was highly critical of Broward County Elections Supervisor Brenda Snipes after the handling of Tuesday's midterm election votes in Florida were called into question.

She ordered Snipes to turn over the ballot numbers broken down by absentee, early, and election day votes by 7 p.m. that day, Miami Herald reported.

Snipes has been the subject of controversy before. During the August primary, thousands of vote-by-mail ballots were found to be uncounted a day after the election. Snipes asked the group huddled around her.

A third statewide race that could go to a recount - the agriculture commissioner race between Democrat Nikki Fried and Republican Matt Caldwell - is the tightest of all, with Fried holding a 5,326-vote lead, a margin of 0.07 percent.

Ultimately, 47 lawsuits related to the election were filed in Florida and the U.S. Supreme Court made the final decision.

The county faces a noon deadline Saturday to send unofficial preliminary results to the state.

Trump echoed Scott's claims Thursday night, tweeting that "Law Enforcement" would look into election fraud in Florida.

"In the 2016 Election I was winning by so much in Florida that Broward County, which was very late with vote tabulation and probably getting ready to do a 'number, ' couldn't do it because not enough people live in Broward for them to falsify a victory!"

"We believe when every legal ballot is counted we'll win this election", Nelson said in a statement.

Political consultant Matthew Dowd worked on George W. Bush's campaign for USA president that year, and tweeted, "Not counting all the votes in Florida in 2000 was a grave injustice and caused many to question the legitimacy of Bush election".

While Scott retains a lead over Nelson, it has narrowed as more votes, mostly coming in from Broward and Palm Beach counties, are counted.

Bill Nelson says Scott fears that he will lose the election if all the votes are counted and Scott is "impeding the democratic process".

Florida Senator Marco Rubio is now the target of the fake news machine, with the NY Mag's Intelligencer post "Marco Rubio: Democrats Are Trying to Steal Florida Senate Race by Counting All the Votes".

Trump accused Democratic election officials in the two Florida counties of corruption, without providing any evidence. When asked about it Wednesday night, she said, "I can't give you an exact number".

As votes continue to be counted, Scott's lead against Sen. Shortly afterward, Secretary of State Ken Detzner, who was appointed by Scott, is expected to announce which races are within the 0.5 percent margin requiring a machine recount.

But liberal Broward County is still counting.

Florida declared a recount for its senate, governor and agricultural commissioner races on Saturday, as discord mounted over allegations of fraud.

Another Senate race in southwestern Arizona that was previously called in favor of a Republican candidate was tilting toward the Democrat on Thursday night, official results showed. DeSantis has said little about the recount and is instead proceeding as if he won the election, appointing a transition team and preparing to take office in January.

Nelson filed a lawsuit on November 8 demanding that provisional and mail-in ballots with signatures not matching those on record be counted as valid, The Tampa Bay Times reported.
